I have an interview this week for getting accepted into a master degree and it has been days since I have been thinking of only one thing – What am I going to wear????? This question has been hunting me because I do not just want to wear a white top and a black skirt or trousers. I want to wear something different than the others because everyone will wear black and white. And also because I said in my application that I am a creative person and I want to show it. Apart from that, weather here has been pretty insane lately – now it is super hot and you need a t-shirt, and then in a few hour – BAM! – it is super cold and you need a t-shirt, a long sleeves shirt, a sweater, a jacket, a hat and a scarf. This means that I need to wear something adjustable, that will neither make me carry my jacket, a hat, a scarf and a sweater, nor will make me freeze.
Honestly speaking, I would not go for black and white as I mentioned before. I would however go for all black interview outfits. The only problem would be that I do not have black clothes anymore as a result of my attempt to wear more colors. But I would wear either trousers and top or a dress, both with a faux leather jacket and either with flats or heels.
If I had to go for colors though, I would definitely go for hot pink with some other light color or a pattern. Basically, I would have one item that has a vibrant color and then all the others in mild colors.
If none of the above attract me the morning before, I would go for dark blue and beige. There is something royal about dark blue, and something classic, but refreshing about beige.
I told you what I usually choose as interview outfits. What do you usually wear?
